You can add more servers to an existing dispatcher or you can install an additional SAP J2EE Engine on a different machine (both a dispatcher and a server) and synchronize it with the application running on the initial machine. The addition of more servers to a dispatcher relieves overload on the CPU of a single host while the addition of more hosts provides means for load balancing solution for the portal. |
