You will not receive the download id unless you complete the payment process because of any technical or functional reason.

Now you have following options for your old pending order,

Option I

You can login to your id / password and after that click on link “Account Maintenance” (This will appear on left hand side of your screen, below “Advance Search” and above “Download Area” Link.

Display your order those are pending because of incomplete payment. Follow the link of Paypal and make this payment through your credit card / debit card.

Note : You do not require having PayPal account for making payment. You may directly make payment without having / creating account on PayPal.

You will receive the download id once you complete the successful payment.

Option II

You can visit our website, select our products follow the path as a fresh purchase order. You may use your old login id and password as a returning customer.

Option III

If you are getting any problem (technical or functional), while doing shopping on our website, please write a mail to us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with the list of document you want to buy. We will send you a payment link through mail for paypal payment gateway. On the confirmation of successful payment we will send you requested documents as mail attachment or with download id.
